Delivery Australia-wide
We ship to every state and territory by tracked courier. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout from your postcode and the items in your cart.
- New products are usually shipped directly from our distributor’s warehouse. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment and arrive in 2–7 business days, depending on where you live.
- Pre-owned items are shipped by us from Perth, usually within 1–2 business days.
- You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. You can also see tracking under My account → Orders.
If an order has items coming from different places, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Local pickup (Perth)
Pickup is available from Perth, WA by appointment. Choose Local pickup at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a time once your order is ready. Please bring photo ID that matches the order name.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours.
