These terms apply to purchases from bitebargain.com.au, operated by HD Solutions trading as BiteBargain.
Prices and payment
Prices are in AUD and include GST. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order. Payment is taken at checkout by card (Stripe) or PayPal.
Stock
New-product stock comes from distributor feeds that update regularly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll offer an alternative or a full refund. Pre-owned items are one-offs.
Delivery
See Pickup & delivery. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns and warranty
See Warranty & returns. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
