Grades are about looks
Every item we sell is tested and works fully. Grade A looks close to new, Grade B has light signs of use, and Grade C shows clear cosmetic wear but costs the least.
Battery health
Laptop batteries wear over time. We show the measured battery health on each laptop listing so you can decide whether it suits how you will use it.
What to check when it arrives
- Power it on and check the screen for marks or dead pixels.
- Test the keyboard, trackpad, speakers, webcam and every port.
- Check the charger is included if the listing says so.
